Self-Service Profile (SSP)

New to SSP? This is the place to:

  • Create your Self-Service Profile
  • Update your Self-Service Password
  • Add or change an Email address **
  • Add or edit MFA security methods
  • Add or edit security questions

Note: Employees can update their PIN by using the new Self-Service PIN Reset application, which can be found on LiteBlue under the Employee Apps heading.

The Self-Service Password is different from your ACE password. This is for use with HR online applications.
